Our proposal for insurers

What weighs most in a claim: cost and time

We are a supplier focused on reducing both. We act as a complementary or regular technical supplier to the insurance company, providing an additional channel for quotations and supply for claim files, repairs and special requirements.

Spare part cost

International search and supplier comparison to find the most competitive option without compromising on the required quality.

Vehicle downtime

Access to global markets and priority air freight when appropriate, to shorten repair times.

Aircraft approaching the runway at dusk

No warehouse. No borders.

We don’t offer whatever happens to be on a shelf: we search for what your claim file needs. Our way of working is not limited to one country, continent or purchasing channel, and every part is sourced, quoted and imported against a specific request.

How we work

One request. We take care of the rest.

A five-step workflow, with the decision always in the insurer’s hands.

  1. Request

The insurer sends the vehicle or equipment, VIN or identification, required part, available reference and photographs if needed.

  2. Search

Our technical team verifies the reference and consults different sources and markets.

  3. Quotation

We present price, brand and manufacturer, OEM, OES or aftermarket condition, origin, availability and estimated lead time.

  4. Approval

The insurer selects the alternative it considers appropriate for the claim file.

  5. Supply

We manage purchasing, transport, tracking and delivery.

Supply options

The right option for every claim file

Original, original equipment, premium aftermarket or hard-to-find references. Each quotation states the condition of the part, and the insurer decides.

Supply options and their description
Condition Description
Original OEM Original part from the vehicle manufacturer.
OES / original equipment Original equipment manufacturer or a supplier equivalent to the one used at the factory.
Premium aftermarket Alternatives from recognised manufacturers with competitive value for money.
Special reference Scarce, discontinued or hard-to-find parts, located through a dedicated international search.

Technical capability

Precise identification. Smart purchasing.

We work with professional software, electronic catalogues and advanced spare parts identification systems. This allows us to reduce reference errors and find compatible alternatives across multiple markets.

Identification methods

  • VIN / chassis number.
  • OEM reference and manufacturer part numbers.
  • Cross-references and international equivalents.
  • Specific catalogues by make, model, engine and trim.
  • Photographs, measurements, component codes and technical data when no reference is available.

Global supply network

We source spare parts in markets worldwide and select the purchasing origin according to the specific needs of each claim file. This flexibility gives access to availability that does not always exist in local or regional channels.

Whenever the type of part, cost and urgency justify it, we prioritise air freight to reduce vehicle or equipment downtime.

Traceability

  1. Brand and manufacturer
  2. Reference number and equivalents
  3. Origin and availability
  4. Product photographs when available
  5. Compatibility with the vehicle or equipment
  6. Commercial documentation and shipment tracking
  7. Delivery confirmation

Insurance and loss assessment experience

We speak the insurer’s language

Part of our professional experience comes from the general insurance sector. This knowledge allows us to understand an insurer’s operational needs: claim cost control, repair times, traceability, part compatibility and policyholder satisfaction.

  • Damage assessment and analysis.
  • Review of repair estimates.
  • Technical identification of components and references.
  • Comparison between original parts and equivalent alternatives.
  • Control of costs and downtime.

The company also has automotive engineers within its corporate structure, providing technical judgement wherever operations require it.

Frequently asked questions

Before you send us your first claim file

We have no warehouse and no catalogue. Every part is sourced, quoted and imported against a specific request. This way the search adapts to each case and can extend to any market, instead of being limited to whatever is available in a warehouse.

Send us a selection of references you are currently quoting or still need to purchase. You can do this from the request form by choosing “Comparative trial”. We will present our best alternatives and you can compare them with your current sources on four criteria: price, quality or brand, delivery time and identification accuracy. There is no volume commitment.

Vehicle or equipment, VIN or identification, required part, available reference and photographs if needed. When no reference is available, we work with photographs, measurements, component codes and technical data.

Price, brand and manufacturer, part condition (OEM, OES or aftermarket), origin, availability and estimated lead time. Quotations are issued in writing and you decide which alternative to approve.

OEM is the original part from the vehicle manufacturer. OES is the part from the original equipment manufacturer or from a supplier equivalent to the one used at the factory. Premium aftermarket refers to alternatives from recognised manufacturers with competitive value for money. The condition of each part is always stated in the quotation.

Yes. For scarce, discontinued or hard-to-find parts we carry out a dedicated international search. Our multi-brand search capability is especially useful in these cases.

It depends on the part, its origin and the transport. Each quotation states an estimated lead time. Whenever the type of part, cost and urgency justify it, we prioritise air freight to reduce vehicle or equipment downtime.

We manage supply and delivery anywhere in the world. State the delivery country in your request so the quotation includes the appropriate transport.

Our service is aimed primarily at insurance companies. We also work with repair shops, fleets, businesses and professionals.
